Site Manager – Leading Main Contractor
€ Multi Million Fit Out Office Development
Location: Dublin City
Salary: €85,000 (DOE) Full Package Vehicle/Allowance, Pension, Bonus, Healthcare & Long-Term Pipeline
The Company A leading Irish main contractor with a serious presence in Dublin have a need for a Site Manager to work on a multi million fit out and extension of an office development for a major global client.
The project is a new two story extension and includes full fit out, road realignment, car park reconfiguration, EV and cycle facilities, demolition of an existing unit, and full site infrastructure works including landscaping, SuDS, PV installation and roof plant.
This is one of Irelands leading Main Contractors with a strong reputation for working across multiple sectors such as commercial, aviation, data centres and life sciences offering both stability and exposure to prestigious clients.

The Role – Site Manager As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a flagship commercial project in Dublin, driving programme, quality and safety performance from early works right through to handover.
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Engineers and Commercial team, ensuring all trades and subcontractors deliver safely, efficiently and to specification.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Engineers and Commercial team, ensuring all trades and subcontractors deliver safely, efficiently and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily site operations, labour and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are delivered to programme, cost and quality targets.
- Coordinate site logistics, plant, deliveries and sequencing of trades.
- Chair daily/weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and drive short-term planning.
- Maintain best-in-class HSEQ standards and lead by example on safety.
- Monitor progress, identify risks early and implement solutions to keep the job moving.
- Ensure works comply fully with building regulations, BCAR requirements and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation for senior management.
- Lead, mentor and develop forepersons and junior site staff.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and local authorities.
- 7 years’ Site Management experience with a main contractor.
- Strong background on commercial or fit out projects.
- Third-level qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or a strong trade background.
- Excellent technical knowledge and ability to interpret drawings/specs.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive subcontractor performance.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure.
- Strong IT/reporting capability (Excel, MS Project, Procore/Aconex etc. an advantage).
- Full driving licence and right to work in Ireland.
- Salary: €85,000 (DOE)
