The Role – Site Manager
This is a key Site Manager position on a large-scale residential apartment development in Leixlip. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and senior management team while leading subcontractors and site personnel to drive programme and maintain high standards across all aspects of the build.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all site operations on a busy residential apartment project
• Maintain and enforce the highest Health and Safety standards on site
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour effectively
• Drive the project programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met across all phases
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress to senior management
About You
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or apartment developments
• Strong background with main contractors or developers in Ireland
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and programme delivery
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive teams
• Highly organised with a strong focus on quality and deadlines
• Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations and site compliance
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain site momentum
