You are a mechanical services project manager from the Dublin area who will only be working on projects in Dublin.

You will oversee mechanical installations like HVAC systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, fire suppression, and mechanical maintenance across a range of high-profile projects such as Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Pharma, Industrial & Data Centres.

You have the opportunity to lead complex projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Mechanical Services Project Manager Skills:  

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in mechanical project management within the construction or building services industry.
• Degree or trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of health & safety compliance in the construction sector.
• Full, clean driving license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

As a Mechanical Services Project Manager:  

• Lead the full lifecycle of mechanical services projects, from tender through to commissioning and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Oversee the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive quality assurance and ensure all works are completed to the required standard.
• Provide leadership to site teams and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
• Manage procurement and supply chain activities for mechanical systems and equipment.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €80,000 plus package to include vehicle, phone, laptop & more.
