You are a hands-on Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership of major Civils / MEICA projects in the water sector based out of Co Kildare. This role covers everything from early planning and pre-start meetings right through to operational handover. It’s about making sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the standard clients expect…no shortcuts.

You’ll be at the centre of the project, driving progress, resolving issues, keeping people and processes aligned, and making sure quality and safety are always front and centre. You have the ability to balance technical know-how with commercial awareness, while keeping a steady hand when challenges come up.

Project Manager Skills:  
  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in the water/wastewater industry, covering both site supervision and design.
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater design and operational processes In Ireland
  • Proven track record delivering multiple infrastructure contracts.
  • Excellent contract knowledge and ability to manage all aspects of design and build.
  • Confident communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably Microsoft Project.
  • Chartered Engineer status is an advantage but not essential.
  • Full clean Irish/UK/EU driving licence and eligible to work in Ireland.

As a Senior BIM Engineer:  
  • Lead and manage all aspects of build-only or design & build contracts for both public and private clients in the water and wastewater sector.
  • Direct project teams – including designers, site staff, subcontractors, and support teams – ensuring seamless coordination across all disciplines.
  • Oversee project management, controls, engineering, and construction, providing both commercial and technical guidance.
  • Work closely with design teams across civil, process, mechanical, electrical, ICA, H&S, and BIM.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships from project initiation to close-out.
  • Keep schedules, scope, cost, and performance in check, resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Plan and programme works in detail, including resource-loaded schedules for design and delivery.
  • Champion health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across every stage of the project.
  • Report accurately and on time to both clients and senior management.
  • Consistently deliver projects that meet performance, quality, risk, and profitability targets.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least €80,000 plus package to include pension, education assistance, life assurance, income protection & more.
