You will support the commercial delivery of projects while working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to a range of technically complex sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management of civil engineering and groundworks packages.
- Preparing and submitting interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Administering contracts and maintaining cost control across multiple projects.
- Supporting procurement activities and supplier/subcontractor management.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial and project targets are met.
- Producing regular commercial reports and forecasts.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience in a civil engineering or groundworks setting.
- Working knowledge of valuations, cost reporting, and subcontractor payments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with construction software tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eligible to work in Ireland (EU citizen or existing permit holder).
- Competitive salary up to €70,000 depending on experience.
