The Package: €70,000 - €80,000 + Vehicle + Fuel
Project: €40m Heavy Civils Upgrade to an existing sporting venue.
Overview:
Are you a Senior Engineer in the Tipperary, Limerick or North Cork area? Do you have a strong background in civil engineering projects?
We are working with one of Ireland’s leading civil engineering main contractors on a high-profile project in the Tipperary area. The project is a €40m heavy civils upgrade to an existing sporting venue. A lot of heavy civils/groundworks involved with some structural elements such as steel frame and cladding.
This role is ideal for a Senior Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and wants to challenge themselves on an exciting new project.

The salary will be DOE, but a strong Senior Engineer can expect a salary between €70,000 - €80,000 + Vehicle + Fuel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of the project, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
- Lead a team of engineers and support staff, coordinating activities across the site.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise, particularly in civil works and structural components such as steel frames and cladding.
- Monitor project progress, conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to manage project resources effectively and resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to and proactively identify any potential risks on site.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Engineer on large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Proven track record in managing projects involving significant groundworks and structural elements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
