We are seeking a fully qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading mechanical services team based in Dublin. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, industrial, and specialist HVAC projects, delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services.

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer Skills:
- Fully qualified Refrigeration/HVAC Technician with a completed Refrigeration Apprenticeship
- Minimum 3–4 years post-trade experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
- F-Gas certification essential
- Full, clean Irish driver’s licence
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Positive work ethic, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Install refrigeration and air conditioning systems in line with client and building requirements
- Carry out routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan
- Diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions in existing systems
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions with high-quality workmanship
- Advise clients on system improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiency
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a high standard
- Complete job documentation, including reports of work, parts used, and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety legislation, company policies, and relevant regulations
- Respond to emergency call-outs and after-hours work when required
- Adhere to QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) requirements, including processes, procedures, and reporting
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and QEHS objectives
